Michael manages construction oversight and project controls, bringing an engineering background to every phase of execution. His focus is disciplined planning, cost management, and ensuring delivery stays on track from pre-construction through closeout.

Einat oversees operations and business development, with a background in real estate law and an MBA. She has been active in Jersey City's development market since 2018, bringing projects from planning stage to market.
